(57)【要約】 【目的】 シリンダ装置で荷台重量を相殺させるに当た り、荷台昇降用駆動装置が過負荷になるのを防ぐ。 【構成】 荷台22の重量を相殺させるバランス機構2 4を、エアシリンダ装置27で荷台22を支承させて構 成する。シリンダヘッド側圧力室28に吸気・排気マス フローコントローラ29,30を連通させ、ピストンロ ッド側圧力室31を大気開放とする。制御装置35によ り荷台昇降用モータ26とマスフローコントローラ2 9,30を制御し、エアシリンダ装置27を荷台22の 移動量と同じだけ同時に伸縮させた。
PURPOSE: To prevent a carrier elevating driver from being overloaded at the time of offsetting the weight of a carrier by a cylinder device. CONSTITUTION: Balance mechanism 24 for offsetting the weight of a carrier 22 is constituted by supporting the carrier 22 by an air cylinder device 27. Intake-exhaust mass flow controllers 29, 30 are communicated with a cylinder head side pressure chamber 28, and a piston rod side pressure chamber 31 is opened to the air. A carrier elevating motor 26 and the mass flow controllers 29, 30 are controlled by a control device 35 so as to expand/contract the air cylinder device 27 simultaneously by the same moving quantity of the carrier 22.
