(57)【要約】 【目的】 熱可塑性樹脂とセメントとにて圧縮強度、不 燃、耐久性に加え、曲げ、引張などの機械的強度、耐薬 品性に優れた成形物が得られる。 【構成】 熱可塑性樹脂と水硬性セメントと水硬性セメ ントの水和に必要な水とを混合した混合材料を金型内に 収納する。混合材料を加圧しながら、金型を加熱すると ともに、高周波誘電加熱手段により高周波誘電で加熱す ることによりこの混合材料中の内部の熱可塑性樹脂をゲ ル化し、同時にセメントを水和する。混合材料に親水性 ポリマーを配合する。 【効果】 熱可塑性樹脂のゲル化とセメントの水和が略 同時にでき、熱可塑性樹脂の溶融とセメントの水和反応 とが短時間にできる。熱変形、線膨張係数、硬度がセメ ントにより改質する。
PURPOSE: To obtain excellent mechanical strengths, that is, bending strength, tensile strength and compression strength, non-combustibility, durability and chemical resistance by heating a mixed material prepared by mixing a thermoplastic resin, hydraulic cement and water necessary for the hydration of hydraulic cement under pressure and subjecting the same to dielectric heating by a high frequency dielectric heating means. CONSTITUTION: A mixed material 10 prepared by mixing a thermoplastic resin, hydraulic cement and water necessary for the hydration of hydraulic cement is housed in an inner mold la preliminarily. A press frame 2, a pressure rod 4 and a pressure receiving plate 7 are heated by a heating means 8 while the mixed material 10 is pressurized by the pressure rod 4. The thermoplastic resin of the outside surface of the mixed material 10 is melted and gelled by this heating and the thermoplastic resin in the mixed material 10 is melted and gelled by the dielectric heating of the upper and lower high frequency dielectric heating means 9 provided on the sides of both opening parts 3, 6 of the inner mold 1a. The moisture in the mixed material is reacted with cement by the heat from the heating means 8 and the high frequency dielectric heating means 9 and the pressing force of the pressure rod 4 and the hydration of cement is performed within a short time and the molded product is subsequently cooled.
